The role offered is a Full-Time Service Greeter/Service Lot Attendant, an essential position within the company's service department. As a Service Greeter, you will be the welcoming face for customers arriving at the service drive, tasked with greeting every guest enthusiastically and escorting them to their assigned Service Advisor. Your interaction will set the tone for the customer's experience, making your role critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the Service Lot Attendant responsibilities include preparing vehicles for service by dressing them with protective covers, performing initial vehicle inspections such as testing batteries and topping off fluid levels, and managing vehicle logistics by moving and parking customer vehicles safely and efficiently. You will also assist Service Advisors with various tasks that support the smooth operation of the service department. Beyond vehicle service preparation, the role extends to preparing customer vehicles for delivery, which involves checking tire pressure and fluids, and ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly washed, vacuumed, and sanitized to meet the company's high standards. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service lane, surrounding areas, and parking lots is also a key aspect of this role, contributing to an appealing and efficient service environment. The position requires a high level of physical activity, including extensive walking, kneeling, and bending, often in varying temperature and weather conditions. It operates on a full-time schedule requiring availability for 40 or more hours per week, including shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday through Saturday, with occasional holiday shifts.
