We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Bussers, Runners, or Service Assistants to join our team. These positions are hourly roles with pay ranging from $7.25 to $9.25 per hour based on experience, plus tips. This role is critical in supporting both dine-in and takeout restaurant operations by ensuring cleanliness, efficient food delivery, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires flexibility, team collaboration, and a passion for hospitality as the individual acts as a key liaison between the kitchen and dining areas. As a Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant at P.F. Chang's, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that help maintain smooth restaurant operations. Duties include bussing and sanitizing tables, clearing dishes, running food, assisting with catering orders, and helping to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Understanding the restaurant menu to guide guests on menu selections, accurately reviewing orders during pickups or deliveries, and ensuring order accuracy are also essential responsibilities. • Previous experience is not required - we will train you
• excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s)
• ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
• must be able to communicate effectively
