• Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge base of food, wine, and spirits
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with industry best practices, including department of health standards
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
