Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters is currently looking to expand its team with new Baristas and Customer Service Professionals. These positions are part-time, offering 20-35 hours per week with shifts ranging from 5 to 6 hours, available on both weekdays and weekends. The roles are physically engaging, often requiring standing for extended periods, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with both customers and team members. The company values a bubbly personality, a love for people, coffee, and having fun, and offers award-winning training to ensure all team members achieve success and can continue growing in their coffee knowledge and customer service skills. Compensation includes the minimum wage plus tips, with opportunities to scale up and grow within the company. Parking is available for the Downtown Sacramento Hyatt location, making the worksite accessible for team members.

 - Recent kitchen experience, food prep, bussing
 - Passion for coffee, people and learning
 - Smile constantly and share coffee knowledge in a friendly manner
 - Excellent people, communication and customer service skills
 - Organized and tidy with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, bend and lift 50 lbs
 - Work well in a group and be self-directed once tasks are learned
 - On your feet for 5-8 hours per day
