We are currently seeking a Dining Service Partner to join our team and play a vital role in the dining experience of our residents. This position is essential in ensuring that mealtimes are seamless, enjoyable, and hygienic, serving as an important part of daily resident life. The Dining Service Partner will be responsible for taking meal and beverage orders, ensuring that food service runs smoothly and that residents' needs and concerns are promptly addressed. In addition to direct service duties, this role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and kitchen areas to meet health and safety regulations. This position is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service within a healthcare or senior living environment. The role involves coordinating closely with kitchen staff to facilitate timely meal delivery according to established standards while maintaining a hospitable dining atmosphere. Safety compliance, including food handling licenses and first aid certification, is crucial for this role. • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Flexibility, adaptability and a great attitude
• Prior experience in washing dishes and general cleaning of industrial or restaurant kitchens
• Obtain or hold any local, state and/or county required food handling or sanitation licenses and/or certificates
• Must possess a valid First Aid Certification and be available for on-call emergency situations and weekend coverage on a rotating basis
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to understand and meet standards for health, safety, and excellence
