A major component of the job includes managing inventory, supplies, and food preparation based on business volume, requiring careful attention to par levels as instructed by supervisory staff. Proficiency with the Point of Sale (POS) system is essential, along with strict adherence to cash-handling policies and procedures to safeguard both the guests and the restaurant. Maintenance of a clean and sanitary work environment is critical. Employees in this position are tasked with cleaning tables, counters, shelves, display equipment, and refrigerators continually throughout their shifts. • High school diploma or GED unless waived by Human Resources
• six months of customer service experience
• food and beverage and cash handling experience preferred
