The associate will be responsible for traveling to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to collect or deliver flight documents, coordinating with brokers and freight forwarders regarding shipment status, assisting customers in retrieving their freight, and ensuring all regulatory and security procedures are observed. Data entry, filing, report preparation, and maintaining communication via calls and emails are vital components of the role.
