The opportunity at hand is for part-time Servers to join the team at Paseo, one of the Patina Group's celebrated restaurants. Servers at Paseo play a pivotal role in representing the restaurant’s brand by creating lasting impressions through attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. This position involves guiding guests through menu selections with confidence, presenting and serving courses with precision, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of food, wine, and beverage pairings. Teamwork is critical as servers collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure an elegant and efficient dining experience. As a tipped server, this position offers an hourly rate of $20.42, exclusive of tips, reflecting the value placed on excellent service. The role demands a commitment to understanding and adhering to all policies related to alcohol service, adhering to safety, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Servers are responsible for operating point-of-sale systems accurately and providing impeccable payment processing to guarantee a smooth conclusion to each guest’s dining experience. • Minimum of one year in fine dining or luxury hospitality experience required
• Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and culinary terms
