This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The role is scheduled for three days a week—Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday—from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm, making it a great fit for those seeking flexible work schedules. The pay rate ranges from $20 to $20.10 per hour, and there is a generous $500 hiring bonus for successful candidates. As a Server at BridgePoint at Los Altos, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for senior residents. Your responsibilities will encompass all dining service steps performed in a friendly and professional manner, greeting and escorting residents to various dining venues, and assisting with requests. The position requires a comprehensive knowledge of the daily menu to provide accurate information and personalized assistance. Maintaining cleanliness and proper table settings in dining areas is an essential part of the job to uphold the community’s hospitality standards.
