The position offered is a part-time Server role within the community restaurant at Spectrum Retirement Communities. This role is vital in creating a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere where residents can enjoy meals reminiscent of their favorite restaurants. Serving from 3:45 PM to 7:30 PM, the Server will directly engage with residents, helping to guide them to their tables, presenting menus, and suggesting dishes and beverages that best suit their tastes. A key responsibility includes using an advanced point-of-sale system to accurately communicate orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring each dining experience is flawless and personalized. The role supports the community ethos by encouraging strong relationship-building with residents and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
This Server job offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience, and supports a balanced work schedule conducive to those seeking part-time employment.
