OTG is currently seeking Servers for their Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) locations. This role is integral to delivering an outstanding hospitality experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Servers at PHL airport uphold OTG's high standards of guest service, ensuring every traveler is greeted warmly and assisted efficiently. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $6.00 plus tips, with the potential to earn up to $900 or more per week in gratuities, making it a lucrative role for those who excel in customer service and sales. As a Server with OTG at PHL, you will be responsible for implementing the company’s proven OTG steps of service. This includes greeting guests, guiding them through the innovative OTG ordering and payment system, highlighting menu choices, and making recommendations tailored to guest preferences or dietary restrictions. The role requires strict adherence to cash handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, collaborating closely with kitchen and management staff, and upholding safety and sanitation regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience as a server
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Fluent in English
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must pass TIPS certification within 90 days
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
