In addition to direct guest interaction, servers at V Pizza play an active role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the dining space. Duties include stocking server stations, cleaning tables and floors, assisting food runners during busy periods, and supporting back-of-house staff in ensuring that all orders meet our high standards. Communication skills are essential, as servers must coordinate closely with kitchen staff, other FOH team members, and management to promptly resolve any issues, such as order discrepancies or guest concerns.
