The Server role at OTG’s Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is a frontline hospitality position critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Servers at OTG are expected to uphold the company’s high standards by following the established OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures meticulously. This part-time hourly role offers a pay rate of $6.00 per hour plus tips, with potential earnings of up to $900 per week or more in gratuities, making it a highly lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals. The server is responsible for greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the ordering and payment process using OTG’s advanced system. They provide knowledgeable menu recommendations tailored to guests’ preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies, ensuring all guests feel valued and catered to. In addition to excellent customer service, the server plays an essential role in maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to safety and sanitation regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely food delivery. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of prior server experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service
• Must be at least 18 years old
• English fluency
• TIPS certification obtained within 90 days of hire
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks like stooping and kneeling
