For the 2026 cruising season, American Cruise Lines is seeking servers to join their shipboard hotel and restaurant teams. They cater efficiently to guests’ culinary requests, acknowledge and escort guests to their tables, present menus, suggest appropriate courses and wine pairings, and answer any questions regarding menu items. Beyond the standard restaurant duties, servers may have additional responsibilities such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting with afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment events through catering.
