About the role:
We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Servers to join our vibrant team. The Server role involves delivering a full-service experience to guests in a warm and welcoming manner. You will guide guests smoothly through the process of ordering food and beverages, accurately enter orders into our POS system, and promptly deliver completed items to the dining table. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting checks and completing payment transactions efficiently. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with other service team members to ensure guests have everything they need for a memorable dining experience. This position requires a commitment to hospitality excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules that include weekdays, weekends, and holidays, covering shifts that may start as early as 7 a.m. and extend as late as 2 a.m. This dynamic work environment provides an excellent platform for career advancement within the restaurant industry, with a strong emphasis on beverage and culinary development. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, including tips, reflecting our commitment to valuing the hard work and dedication of our servers.
- Full-time (30 hours or more) or part-time (30 hours or less) flexible schedule
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts starting as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- One year of full-service restaurant experience or combined industry experience
- High-school diploma preferred
- Valid State Food Handler's Certification
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
