We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Server to join our assisted living facility's dining team. This position is essential for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our residents with warmth and attentiveness. Reporting directly to the Culinary Director, the Server will be responsible for ensuring a positive and satisfying dining experience for all residents by assisting with meal service, addressing individual needs, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to interacting with seniors, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. The Server will greet residents, distribute menus, take and deliver orders, and assist the culinary team with maintaining a steady supply of clean dishes and a tidy dining area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and values contributing to the well-being of the elderly community. The pay scale for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.50 per hour, depending on experience. • At least 18 years of age
• required health screening

• criminal record clearance
• possession of any special licenses, certifications, and certificates such as First Aid/ CPR certification
• knowledge of California Code of Regulations Sections: 85065(f)/87411(g)
• previous experience as a server preferred
