We are currently seeking motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Servers. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $28.00 per hour, including tips. The Server role is crucial in maintaining the smooth daily operation of the restaurant by providing exceptional service to every guest. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and display a strong commitment to excellent customer engagement. As a Server at Border Cafe, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for presenting menus, taking and serving food and drink orders, suggesting items based on customer preferences, and ensuring that each dining experience is enjoyable and seamless. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene around your tables while adhering to all relevant health department regulations and customer service guidelines. Effective communication with kitchen and serving staff is essential to ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered promptly. • 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
