We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Food Service team as a Food Service Assistant. This role is essential to the efficient operation of our dining services, focusing on maintaining cleanliness, setting tables, bussing tables, washing dishes, and assisting cooks as needed. The position requires someone who can work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with state regulations. As part of our food services team, the Food Service Assistant contributes directly to the positive dining experience of our residents by ensuring clean and well-prepared meal environments. - Must be able to relate positively to residents and families
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources, and the general public
- Must be capable of maintaining regular and reliable attendance
