• Minimum of 16 years of age
• minimum 10th grade education or equivalent work experience
• 1-year experience as a server/waiter or in a similar food service environment
• working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
• freedom from illegal use of drugs
• freedom from use and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
• no history of abuse, neglect or mistreatment of individuals in a health care related setting
• effective time management skills
