The Server role at Berry Fresh Cafe plays a crucial part in maintaining the cafe’s reputation for excellent customer service. Servers are the face of the restaurant, directly interacting with guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. This position involves greeting guests warmly, assisting with menu selections by explaining dishes and specials, taking and transmitting accurate orders to the kitchen, and delivering food and beverages promptly. Servers also monitor guests’ needs throughout their visit, responding quickly to any requests or concerns, and maintaining clean and well-set tables. This dynamic role requires individuals to be attentive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and upbeat demeanor. Berry Fresh Cafe is seeking experienced servers who can contribute positively to a collaborative team environment and uphold the high standards of the cafe. Candidates should have prior experience in full-service restaurant settings, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the physical stamina necessary for the demands of the job. • Minimum 2+ years serving experience in full-service restaurant
