This role requires a strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beers, as well as the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The Server is also expected to maintain impeccable cleanliness and operational standards, follow health and safety protocols, and contribute to financial controls and cost management through accurate order taking and cash handling.
