The server's primary responsibility is to provide excellent service by greeting each guest warmly, taking accurate orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and bar areas. Additionally, servers must demonstrate responsible alcohol service and possess basic math skills to manage transactions accurately. This role demands physical stamina as servers will be required to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during their shifts and safely handle trays weighing up to 30 pounds.
