We are currently seeking a full-time Server to join our community restaurant team at Spectrum Retirement Communities. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.50 to $16.35 and is integral to maintaining the warm and inviting atmosphere that our residents cherish. As a Server, you will play a pivotal role in creating an incredible dining experience by building meaningful relationships with residents and delivering service that rivals their favorite restaurants. Your interactions will directly influence the satisfaction and happiness of our guests, making this position essential to our community’s overall well-being. The Server's responsibilities include guiding residents to their tables, presenting menus, recommending dishes, and assisting with drink selections. Utilizing a state-of-the-art point of sale system, you will accurately communicate resident orders to ensure a seamless dining experience. Additionally, you will complete all necessary dining room opening and closing duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position requires a strong customer service orientation, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team. Spectrum Retirement Communities supports and facilitates obtaining any required food handler’s certification to meet state and local regulatory requirements.
