This role is centered around delivering personalized and friendly beverage service to casino guests efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include promoting casino events, monitoring guest alcohol consumption for safety, handling money accurately, and maintaining a clean and stocked workstation. The role demands physical mobility and endurance, including the ability to lift and carry full cocktail trays for extended periods, as well as the ability to work in a high-energy, sometimes noisy and crowded environment. The successful candidate must be at least 21 years of age, possess excellent communication skills, and have or be willing to develop knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients. Flexibility in work hours is essential, as shifts may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Professional appearance standards must be maintained according to company policy. Completion of the ServSafe Alcohol training certification course is required.
