As a Bartender/Server/Cashier at El Gallo Taqueria, responsibilities include courteously handling all credit card transactions, taking and processing orders both over the phone and in person, and effectively using point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure accuracy and speed. The role also involves suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and boost the average check size where appropriate. Candidates must be proficient in making all cocktails and drinks featured on the menu, requiring both skill and knowledge about the ingredients and presentation of each beverage.
