As a Server at Shish Grill, you will be responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering meals promptly, and ensuring that each guest receives attentive and friendly service. Maintaining clean and organized dining areas and workstations is also an essential part of your duties, along with accurately processing payments. This position offers flexible working hours, accommodating full-time and part-time schedules to fit various lifestyles, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Compensation is competitive, with a base pay starting at $10.98 per hour plus tips, allowing servers to earn an average total hourly wage of $20 to $30.
