The Server position at B-Lux Grill and Bar is an integral role within Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. This role focuses on delivering a beyond-expectation dining experience by providing friendly, attentive, and responsive service to guests. • State or local law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification
• General food and beverage knowledge involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations is preferred
• Ability to operate a Micros terminal, phone system, POS system, and beverage dispenser
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
