The Senior Project Manager - Aviation position at STV offers a challenging and rewarding role within the company’s dynamic national aviation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, securing project profitability, and ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. In this role, the Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning, environmental impact studies, design, and construction. They will organize and direct cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to regulatory requirements. The position requires leadership in project marketing and proposal development, enhancing client engagement and promoting successful project acquisition. The manager will also be responsible for detailed project execution plans, scheduling, and continuous monitoring of manpower and budget performance. They establish and maintain communications with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to keep all parties informed of progress and compliance. This includes managing project risks, resources procurement, quality standards, and fiscal responsibility throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will conduct regular project progress meetings to ensure contract terms are fully upheld, coordinate team responsibilities efficiently, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies. They may also be involved in selecting, mentoring, and evaluating project personnel to maximize operational efficiency. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant discipline
