This is a full-time role offering an hourly base pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00, plus commission opportunities. The position is ideal for an energetic, motivated individual who enjoys engaging directly with customers and playing a critical role in driving appointment scheduling and brand representation at various community and industry events. As a Senior Field Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and executing outreach activities across mapped areas to identify and engage potential clients. You will assist in hiring, training, and managing a team of Field Marketers while ensuring all marketing efforts comply with budgetary constraints and business goals. Your role will involve attending home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs to showcase Champion Windows' products and successfully generate in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. You will use mobile technology platforms to capture and track data accurately and support event logistics including booth setup and breakdown. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong competitive spirit, and the physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Flexibility to work weekends and travel up to 10% of the time is essential.
