This role is a critical player within the catering and events department, driving the sales and service functions for banquet and meeting events to achieve the catering department's business objectives. The Senior Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the catering sales efforts focused on both corporate and social markets. This role involves prospecting, securing new business, and maintaining existing client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a team by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates, ensuring alignment with brand standards and HHM's core values. The role requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear guidance to team members and deliver outstanding service experiences.   • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related industry preferred
  • Proven track record in catering and banquet sales required
