Working as a Public Area Attendant at Seneca Gaming Corporation means being part of a team dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment. The role also includes mandatory participation in required training within nine months from employment commencement and adherence to all workplace policies, which include strict compliance with information security and acceptable use standards for maintaining data integrity.
The Public Area Attendant is also expected to maintain physical stamina and mental composure in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy work environment where smoking is permitted. This includes tasks like standing and walking extensively, balancing or climbing when needed, and performing repetitive movements with cleaning tools and supplies. The position requires interaction with a diverse group of people and demands diplomatic skills to manage conflicts or problems tactfully, ensuring a professional working environment for all.
