This leadership position entails managing a multifunctional team of security professionals tasked with developing, administering, and auditing security programs aligned with federal, state, and corporate policies. The Security Team Leader will oversee security programs protecting the flight line, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARF) operations, and classified materials, ensuring compliance with Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Department of Defense (DoD) collateral classified programs. As the Greenville Facility Security Officer (FSO), this position carries significant responsibility for enforcing regulations involving personnel and visitor access controls, handling and storage of classified information, and implementation of security violation procedures. The leader will also supervise the onsite guard force contract and ensure that the team meets contractual obligations relating to security across multiple sites and customers. Budgetary oversight and staffing management of the security team are key components of this leadership role, requiring the ability to develop and execute business cases, budget plans, and staffing models efficiently. Ideal candidates will bring over 12 years of corporate, government, or military security experience, with at least five years in progressively responsible leadership roles. Experience with SAP security, handling classified material, managing security forces, fire protection, and unionized environments is highly desirable. The role requires US citizenship due to security clearance requirements, specifically holding or being eligible for a Secret clearance.
