Currently, GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for the position of Security Response Officer - Rover. This casual role requires an individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments, capable of adapting quickly to changing missions and shifting priorities. As a Rover, you will be expected to move across multiple site locations including Santa Cruz, Watsonville, Freedom, Monterey, Salinas, Hollister, Gilroy, and Morgan Hill, thus requiring a flexible schedule and willingness to work varied shifts including day, swing, or overnight hours. GardaWorld offers a competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour, with daily pay options available through DailyPay, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions, disability coverage, and life insurance. In addition, a uniform is provided at no cost. The Security Response Officer - Rover plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security by performing patrols, monitoring premises, controlling access points, responding swiftly to incidents, and providing exemplary customer service.
