At AgeWell Solvere Living, the role of Security Guard/Evening and Night Concierge plays a crucial part in maintaining the safety and security of the community during the evening and nighttime hours. Security Guards/Evening and Night Concierges are entrusted with a variety of duties such as managing access to the community by screening visitors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and monitoring security systems like cameras and emergency equipment. They engage in regular patrols of both interior and exterior spaces to identify and address any safety or maintenance concerns promptly. This role demands vigilance, quick response capabilities, and a proactive approach to emergencies and potential hazards. The position also requires effective communication with management and staff to report any significant changes or incidents affecting residents or the community.
