This temporary assignment located in Fresno, California, requires officers to be highly adaptable, supporting a range of different sites and shifts including days, swings, and overnight schedules without a guaranteed set timetable. Officers in this role will patrol designated rail yards, facilities, and adjacent properties to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. Responsibilities also include inspecting physical infrastructure such as fences and gates, monitoring access points, checking surveillance equipment, and performing vehicle inspections.
