We are currently seeking a highly motivated Porter to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our properties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and dedication to delivering high-quality results. The Porter will play a crucial role in ensuring the property remains pristine by managing trash collection, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the upkeep of residential units. This position demands flexibility, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Communication skills are vital as Porters act as a key connection between residents, maintenance teams, and management. The role also involves supporting community-building initiatives by assisting with resident events and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment. The working hours for this position are from Thursday to Monday, 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., and the role requires regular attendance and punctuality, along with a readiness to adapt to changing operational needs.
