Personal Stylists leverage technology to enhance their service delivery, engage in lifestyle selling, and expand their client base by building meaningful relationships with vendor partners, store leaders, peers, and local community members. MyStylist focuses on acquiring new customers while nurturing long-term connections using effective clienteling strategies and an active presence on social media platforms. The role demands a highly adaptable individual who can work flexible hours—including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—with a dependable and punctual approach. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high touch selling position
• Ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Experience or familiarity with a variety of lifestyles, business segments and social media platforms
• Ability to work standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25lbs
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
