The role of Seasonal Corporate Concierge Representative (SCCR) at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria offers a dynamic and engaging work environment. As a SCCR, you will play a key part in supporting the corporate catering and order fulfillment teams by handling tasks such as receiving and entering orders, answering phone calls and emails, tracking shipments, and maintaining detailed customer account information. You will interact frequently with high-volume corporate customers and collaborate closely with your team members to ensure a smooth ordering process and exceptional customer experiences. This position requires a go-getter who is passionate about hospitality, team-oriented, and detail-focused, ready to take on a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of Lou Malnati's corporate service operations. The position is a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in-person shifts at the Lou Malnati’s Support Center located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The work schedule includes shifts Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and weekends between 9am and 5pm. Employment is temporary but full-time, lasting from November 2024 through December 2024, allowing you to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting during a peak season.
