The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) is a renowned Christian organization committed to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ through various ministries and outreach programs. Established over 70 years ago, BGEA continues the lifelong work of Billy Graham by supporting and extending the evangelistic calling and ministry of Franklin Graham. With headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, and multiple facilities including the Billy Graham Library and the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove in Asheville, North Carolina, as well as Blue Ridge Broadcasting, BGEA operates as a faith-based religious organization dedicated to reaching people worldwide with the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.
BGEA's mission is deeply rooted in Christian faith, and all employees are expected to embody and represent the organization's religious purpose in their daily work. This means that the workplace is not just a run-of-the-mill employment setting, but a ministry mission field where every staff member is a witness to the love and truth of Christ. The association’s Statement of Faith forms the foundation for its ministry pursuits, outlining core Christian beliefs including the inspiration of the Bible, the deity and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the importance of evangelism and discipleship, and a biblical understanding of marriage and human sexuality. BGEA is committed to maintaining a workplace culture aligned with these biblical principles and expects employees to uphold these values both professionally and personally.

The position is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends during the three-week Christmas program and may begin employment shortly before the event to allow for preparation and training.
This job requires someone who maintains a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and actively demonstrates Christian witness through their work and conduct. Employees are expected to participate in daily staff devotions, uphold BGEA’s mission and policies, and present Christ effectively to others. The role demands basic customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods, along with flexibility to adapt to changing duties and work schedules.
