You will engage with guests by performing makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, encouraging product sales while enhancing the overall guest experience. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and communicate knowledge about the latest beauty products and trends. The Seasonal Beauty Advisor supports store leadership by focusing on the core elements of performance, people, and process. This includes meeting or exceeding sales goals, utilizing the guest loyalty program, collaborating with team members, and adhering to company policies and standards.
