As a Crew Member, you will be the face of the franchise, greeting guests warmly, assisting with menu selections, and handling phone and online orders. Handling cash and card transactions responsibly and following proper cash handling and refund procedures are crucial aspects of the role. In addition to customer-facing duties, you will support food preparation by learning to operate kitchen equipment like mixers, sheeters, and dicers, mixing dough according to the recipe, and wrapping pizzas properly.
