The role of Crew Member at L&H Arizona Ventures is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive a positive and efficient experience at every visit. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of the franchise, greeting guests warmly, assisting with menu selections, and handling phone and online orders. You will ensure that all orders are processed accurately and presented to guests promptly, maintaining the 3-minute door-to-door service standard set by the company. Handling cash and card transactions responsibly and following proper cash handling and refund procedures are crucial aspects of the role. In addition to customer-facing duties, you will support food preparation by learning to operate kitchen equipment like mixers, sheeters, and dicers, mixing dough according to the recipe, and wrapping pizzas properly.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety within the store is a key priority. You will adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Responsibilities include keeping your assigned work area neat, restocking supplies, and performing cleaning duties such as wiping tables, sweeping, and mopping. Physical stamina is required, as you will be expected to stand and walk regularly, bend, stoop, or kneel occasionally, and lift or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory, candidates with a Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe Certification have an added advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests are fundamental to thriving in this role. Basic math skills will be necessary for handling transactions and following recipes accurately.
