Mile High Early Learning is currently seeking a School Cook - Floater for its early childhood centers. This role is vital to the health and well-being of the children served by the organization, responsible for preparing and delivering nutritious meals complying with the Colorado Adult Child Food Program (CACFP) standards. The School Cook will operate in a flexible capacity, floating between different centers as needed to provide consistent food service quality across locations. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with shifts running from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and compensation at $20.03 per hour. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and nutritional standards in the kitchen. • Must be 18 or older
• HS/GED (preferred)
• Speak, read, write and interpret written materials and oral information in English
• Reliable transportation as this position will float from center to center as needed
• 1 year prior institutional cooking experience (preferred)
• Experience with the Child and Adult Care Food Program / CACFP (preferred)
• Math skills to meet position requirements
• Pass CBI background check and post-employment medical examination
