As a Housekeeping Houseperson / Inspector at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition and cleanliness of the hotel’s designated areas, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational success. This role requires a detail-oriented individual responsible for cleaning various public and private spaces within the hotel, such as restrooms, banquet rooms, meeting spaces, offices, storage areas, and conference rooms. Your duties will include dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, waxing floors, disposing of trash, and more. Beyond routine cleaning, you will handle deep cleaning projects like mattress flipping and furniture moves, ensuring the hotel environment is impeccable and welcoming.
Customer service is a key aspect of this position, requiring you to greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and respond promptly to any housekeeping requests they may have. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance issues, keeping supply rooms stocked, assisting with guest room cleaning when needed, and completing special projects that enhance the overall guest experience.
