We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for weekend shifts. This position is scheduled every Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, making it ideal for candidates seeking flexible yet consistent weekend employment. The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls to the dealership, managing communications efficiently and professionally to ensure every caller is directed to the appropriate department or team member. Alongside managing the switchboard telephone system, this role requires a customer-focused individual who can handle inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy, maintaining a positive image of the dealership at all times. The ideal candidate will also have foundational accounting skills, including familiarity with routine accounting functions like accounts receivable and accounts payable processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dealership experience are highly valued, providing a solid base for accurate handling of financial transactions and clerical tasks. The role includes receiving payments from customers, issuing receipts, and supporting management with various clerical duties as required.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a dealership or similar customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
