This role offers a full-time Maintenance Technician position based in Springfield, OR, working across all three properties. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a seasonal shift to Tuesday through Saturday during summer months to accommodate pool-related maintenance, including availability for afterhours calls. This position pays between $21 and $23 per hour depending on experience and eligibility for performance bonuses.
