The Concierge position at Ivy Park at Piner is a key role dedicated to enhancing the resident and visitor experience by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role operates primarily during weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The pay range for this position is competitive, between $17.87 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the responsibilities and the skill set required. The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors warmly, fulfilling resident requests efficiently, arranging property tours for prospective residents and their families, answering multi-line telephone lines, and delivering clerical assistance to the administrative staff. The position requires a proactive mindset to manage the business center, handle incoming and outgoing mail, monitor the Emergency Alert System with prompt responsiveness, and help maintain a safe and secure environment within the community in compliance with established safety standards.
