As a Dishwasher/Porter, you will be responsible for managing critical food storage and cleaning activities in compliance with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations, maintaining sanitation standards in the back of house by removing garbage and cleaning floors, coolers, freezers, and stock areas, and ensuring all dish pits, line, and prep areas are organized and clean. Your ability to communicate clearly with the Culinary Manager about supplies and equipment needs will be essential to the role's success. Moreover, you will play a key role in replenishing dishes throughout the front and back of house, maintaining the smooth flow of kitchen operations. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends according to business needs and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
