The restaurant is currently seeking a PM Assistant Manager to join their team for the evening shift. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience. The PM Assistant Manager position plays an essential role in leading evening operations and serving as a crucial leader in both front of house and back of house activities. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires managing the flow of service, expediting food orders, operating the register, assisting with cooking or beverage preparation, and ensuring that all operational areas uphold Bacon Bacon's high standards of speed, quality, and hospitality. In addition to these active, on-the-floor tasks, the PM Assistant Manager will be responsible for administrative duties including schedule management, labor compliance, supply ordering, and staff training assistance.

- Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology tools
- ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods lift up to 30 lbs and perform physically active tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends holidays and occasionally cover other shifts
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an SFO airport security badge
