The role of Front Desk Concierge at Novellus Clairemont is a pivotal position that places you as the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, employees, and visitors alike. This part-time position allows you to engage with the community in meaningful ways, from greeting potential residents and their families to managing phone communications with professionalism and warmth. Serving as a bridge between residents’ needs and community resources, the Concierge role requires a balance of excellent interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving, and a thorough knowledge of the community and nearby offerings. The work schedule is designed to provide coverage during key times: mornings on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and afternoon to evening shifts on weekends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Compensation for this role starts at $17.25 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position in supporting the community’s daily operations and ensuring a superior service experience. In this role, you will be a central figure in providing information and assistance tailored to individual needs, enhancing residents’ quality of life, and supporting the overall organization’s success. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing communications, coordinating events and services, and fostering strong relationships within the community.
