The Individual Giving Manager is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Deputy Director, with a work environment that offers a hybrid setting combining remote and on-site responsibilities. The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This key role is vital to advancing Fleisher’s fundraising and engagement strategy by cultivating a thriving and supportive community through individual philanthropy and membership programs.
This manager will design and implement innovative strategies aimed at expanding Fleisher’s base of support, deepening donor and member engagement, and increasing both unrestricted and programmatic revenue. Focus areas include annual giving, mid-level and major gifts, and membership growth. By managing relationships with individual donors and leading a dynamic membership program, the Individual Giving Manager ensures that supporters recognize themselves as essential partners in Fleisher’s mission.
The role requires a collaborative approach, working across departments to align communication, stewardship, and cultivation efforts with Fleisher's values and brand. This alignment helps foster a strong culture of philanthropy and belonging that underpins Fleisher’s sustained impact. Responsibilities include managing donor portfolios, creating targeted giving campaigns, executing stewardship plans, utilizing data insights for improved strategies, and coordinating engagement events that celebrate art and community. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of professional fundraising experience with a primary focus on individual giving membership or donor relations
- Demonstrated success in cultivating soliciting and stewarding individual donors with consistent progress toward annual revenue goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build authentic long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey impact and inspire generosity
- Experience managing donor member databases eTapestry Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM preferred
- Proven ability to design and execute donor member campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional tasks
